At our core Rock Solid exists to transfer the knowledge of experienced operators to the next generation, in-turn building a strong future workforce of safe, productive, and confident operators.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Rock Solid Equipment Specialists was born from the vast heavy equipment knowledge of our founding team with over 100 years of combined experience as ITA certified heavy equipment operators, project managers and instructors. Our team has worked on some of the most challenging, most remote, and highly technical projects across the country & internationally. Through this experience we recognized time and again that when safety is put at the forefront, both efficiency gains and cost savings will ensue. By building strong habits in safety, equipment maintenance and site awareness, our vision is to develop a safe, productive and profitable workforce for each of our clients. Through operator instruction, hands on experience, and industry consultation, Rock Solid and its partners have identified the following major gaps in today’s heavy equipment workforce:
